aalu gobhi mix paratha

Samagri:
1. Aalu- 6-7 medium size
2. Gobhi - 1
3. Tel - 1 tsp
4. Jeera - 1/2 tsp
5. Hing - ek pinch
6. Adarak, lahsun, hari mirch ka paste - 1 tbsp
7. Haldi powder - 1/2 tsp
8. Dhaniya powder - 1 tbsp
9. Namak - 1 tsp (swadanusar)
10. Aata - 2 cup
11. Ghee - 3 tbsp (paratha sekne ke liye)
Method:
1. Sabse pahle 6-7 medium size ke aalu ubalkar chhil len aur mash kar len.
2. Ab ek gobhi ko kaddu kas kar le.
3. Ab ek kadhai men tel garm karen aur jeera, hing ka tadka lagaye aur fir adarak lahsun aur hari mirch ka paste dale aur ek minute tak bhun len.
4. Ab 1/2 chhota chammach haldi powder,1chammach dhaniya powder aur 1 chammach namak dalkar thodi der chalaye fir gobhi aur aalu dalkar achhe se mix kar len. 5 minute ke baad gas band kar de.
5. Ek thali me aata chan le aur thoda thoda pani dalkar achhe se soft dough taiyar kare.
6. Roti se bade size ke pede banaiye aur usme agutha ko andar karke gol gol ghumaye jab bich men jagah ho jaye to usme aalu gobhi ka masala bhar de aur sabhi side ke aate ko ikattha karke pack kar de.
7. Ab us pede ko chapta kare aur sukha aata lagakar hath se kuchh der gol ghumakar size bada kar len.
8. Ab fir se sukha aata lagakar belan se halke hathon se charon side gol bel kar patla kar le.
9. Ab ek tawa garam kare aur paratha ko ek side se sek kar palta de aur dusri side se ghee lagakar fir se palat de. Isi tarah dusre side bhi ghee lagakar palat kar sek le. Isi tarah sare parathe bel kar sek le.
Conclusion - parathe ko fresh dahi me kala namak aur bhuna jira powder milakar serve kar sakte hai ya fir tamatar ki chutney, butter, achar ya fir tomato sauce ke sath bhi serve kar sakte hai.
