chawal aur chana daal ka dhokla recipe
Introduction - besan ka dhokla to aap sabne kai bar khaya hoga aur uski recipe bhi aap sabhi ko pata hogi. Aaj mai kuchh alag dhokla ki recipe lekar aayi hu jo banane me aasan hai aur khane men tasty aur healthy bhi. Ye chawal aur chana ki daal se banta hai.
Dhokla ke batter ke liye samagri:
1. Chawal - 1 glass
2. Chana dal - 1 glass
3. Adarak - 2 inch ka tukda
4. Lahsun - 6-7 kali
5. Hari mirch - 2-3
6. Hara dhaniya
7. Namak- 1tbsp(swadanusar)
8. Haldi - 1/4 tsp
9. Eno fruit salt - 1 pct
Tadka lagane ke liye:
Mustard oil - 1tsp
Sarso - 1/2 tsp
Kadhi patta - 5-6
Hari mirch - 3-4
Hing - ek pinch
Shakkar - 1tsp
Nimbu ras - 1 tbsp
Namak - 1/2 tsp
Chatney ke liye:
Tamatar - 3-4
Lahsun - 3-4 kali
Hari mirch - 1-2
Hara dhaniya
Namak - swadanusar
Dhokla ki Vidhi:
Daal aur chawal ko 3-4 ghante tak bhigokar rakhen aur chhan kar mixer jar men dale. Ab isme lahsun, hari mirch, adarak milakar fine paste bana len. Ab isme hara dhaniya, namak, haldi aur ENO fruit salt milakar mix karen aur dhokla ke mould me daal kar 20 minute tak steam kar le aur thanda hone ke baad ek plate me nikal kar rakh len.
Tadka ki vidhi:
Ek pan men tel garm karen aur sarso daal kar tadka lagaye ab isme kadhi patta, hari mirch aur hing dalen, ek minute ke baad ek glass pani dalkar shakkar, namak aur nimbu ka ras mila den. Ab gas band kar den.
Chutney ke liye:
Tamatar, lahsun,hari mirch hara dhaniya aur namak dalkar mixer jar me chutney bana len.
Serving:
Tadka ko dhokla ke upar chammach se daal de aur fir pieces kat kar chatney ke sath serve karen. Iska taste bahut hi accha aur different hota hai.
Ye high protein se bharpur hota hai aur har kisi ko pasand aata hai. Agar aap bacchon ke liye bana rahe hain to mirch nahi dalen.
