Badam ka Halwa
Samagri:
1. Badam - 250 g
2. Suji - 2 tbsp
3. Ghee - 1 tbsp
4. Shakkar - 3-4 tbsp
5. Dudh - 1 cup
Vidhi:
Badam ko 5-6 ghante pani me bhigokar rakhen. Bhig jane ke bad sabhi badam ka chhilka utar len. Badam ko mixer jar men daal kar dardara paste bana len. Ab ek kadahi men ghee aur suji daal kar mix kare aur ek minute tak bhun len. Ab isme badam ka paste daal kar 15 - 20 minute tak bhune ab isme dudh daal kar chalaye. Jab dudh sukhne lag Jaye to shakkar daal kar paka len. Ab 5 minute baad gas band kar den. Halwa taiyar hai ise 1 week tak freeze me store karke rakh sakte hain.
Gajar ka Halwa:
Samagri:
1. Gajar - 1/2 kg
2. Dudh - 1 cup
3. Shakkar - 5-6 tbsp

6. Ghee - 2 tbsp
Vidhi:
Gajar ko kaddukas kar len. Ek kadhai garm karen aur usme ghee dale sabhi dry fruits ko dheemi aanch me golden brown hone tak fry karke nikal le. Ab isme kaddukas kiya hua gajar dalege aur ghee ke sath mix karen. Ab gajar men shakkar daal kar dhank de aur 15-20 minute tak dheemi aanch me pakayen. Bich bich men chalate rahen jisse gajar kadahi men na lage. Jab gajar pak jaye to isme dudh, ilaychi powder aur dryfruits dalkar achhe se mix kar len. Ab 10 minute tak dudh ko gajar men observe hone tak pakayen. Ab halwa taiyar hai. Upar se dryfruits dalkar garnish karen aur serve karen.
Besan ka halwa:
Samagri:
1. Besan - 1 cup
2. Ghee - 1 cup
3. Shakkar - 5-6 tbsp
4. Khoya - 50 g
5. Dryfruits
6. Ilaychi powder
Vidhi:
Ek kadhai men ghee garm karen aur usme besan daal kar ache se mix kare. Ab dheemi aanch me besan ko 20 tak golden hone tak bhun len. Bhun jane ke bad isme 1 cup pani, khoya, shakkar, ilaychi powder aur dryfruits dalkar achhe se pakayen. 5 minute ke baad gas band kar den. Ab dryfruits dalkar garnish karke serve karen.
